Pumpkin Oreo Dessert

Pumpkin Oreo Delight: aka No-bake Layered Pudding Dessert Lasagna | Kitchen Gidget

My kitchen supplies finally arrived from the U.S. and I couldn’t wait to jump on the Pumpkin Train!

I am so excited to be cooking again you have no idea.

Be sure to stay tuned because this blog will be getting a face-lift within the next month.

I’m no techie, but hopefully it will look snazzy…and if it doesn’t, the best part about blogging is still creating eating the food.

Speaking of food. I was craving pumpkin + chocolate – it’s a wonderful combination if you’ve never tried it – when in popped my head that amazing dessert known as Oreo Delight.

Or is it actually known as Chocolate Lasagna? Oreo Pudding Dessert? Oreo Pudding Cream Cheese Layered Dessert?

My family just calls it Oreo ‘Cake’. There seems to be no consensus.

The main thing is that it has cream cheese which makes it tangy and rich, plus super creamy pudding and whipped cream for extra lick-the-plate goodness.

To this recipe I added pumpkin and I swear it’s better than the original dessert!

Feel free to add more pumpkin spice to your liking, or substitute cheesecake flavored pudding mix instead of vanilla for a richer cheesecake taste.

What’s your favorite pumpkin dessert?
