Peanut Butter Ice Cream Sandwich Cake

This peanut butter ice cream sandwich cake features layers of hot fudge, peanut butter, whipped topping and peanut butter cups. To top it all off, this easy no bake dessert comes together in less than 15 minutes!
  • 12 ice cream sandwiches
  • 1/2 cup hot fudge sauce, warmed
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter, warmed
  • 1 1/2 cups whipped topping
  • 1 cup chopped peanut butter cups
  1. Layer 4 ice cream sandwiches in a row, long ends touching.
  2. Spread with 2 heaping tablespoons hot fudge, then drizzle with 2 heaping tablespoons of peanut butter.
  3. Cover with 1/2 cup whipped topping and sprinkle with 1/3 cup peanut butter cups.
  4. Repeat layers 2 more times. Freeze until firm, about 4 hours.
Does not include time needed to chill, about 4 hours.
