Tested these chocolate chip cookies made with chickpeas, Sunbutter & honey. They’re gluten-free & vegan (depending on the chocolate). I give the taste 3.5/5 stars. You’d never know they’re made with chickpeas!
Texture I give 2 stars. They’re mushy & stay the exact same shape after they’re baked. It’s the chocolate that makes them good, so they’re definitely better warm.
Overall I give them 3 stars & probably won’t make them again. My other taster, however, gave them 4 stars.

I ate them today and I couldn't believe they tasted so good since the ingredients scared me a bit. :-) I thought the cookie tasted fine without the chocolate.
