Is anyone else a Mad Men fan? I’m bummed that it’s the last season, and even more bummed that I have to wait through this long mid-season break before seeing how it ends! Luckily, we’ll always have the cocktails. After seeing the shining bottle of Galliano in the liquor cabinet I decided to cheer myself up with this treat. If you’ve never had Galliano, it’s an herbal liqueur with notes of vanilla. When mixed with orange it’s deliciously reminiscent of a dreamsicle.

Ingredients: 1 part Galliano; 1 part triple sec; 1 part fresh squeezed orange juice; 1/2 part heavy cream

A sophisticated orange dreamsicle cocktail with Galliano liqueur.

Ingredients

1 part Galliano
1 part triple sec
1 part fresh squeezed orange juice
1/2 part heavy cream

Instructions

Combine all ingredients together in a cocktail shaker with ice until frothy. Strain into glass and enjoy.

OMG, this looks delightful. Must try. The cream part kinda reminds me of rum cream from Jamaica.
