Golden Dream Cocktail
Is anyone else a Mad Men fan? I'm bummed that it's the last season, and even more bummed that I have to wait through this long mid-season break before seeing how it ends! Luckily, we'll always have the cocktails. After seeing the shining bottle of Galliano in the liquor cabinet I decided to cheer myself up with this treat. If you've never had Galliano, it's an herbal liqueur with notes of vanilla. When mixed with orange it's deliciously reminiscent of a dreamsicle.

Golden Dream Cocktail
A sophisticated orange dreamsicle cocktail with Galliano liqueur.
Ingredients
- 1 part Galliano
- 1 part triple sec
- 1 part orange juice fresh squeezed
- ½ part heavy cream
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients together in a cocktail shaker with ice until frothy. Strain into glass and enjoy.

OMG, this looks delightful. Must try. The cream part kinda reminds me of rum cream from Jamaica.
The colour this gets from the cream looks amazing. Never tried a cocktail with cream in it...might have to give this a go
Thanks. I never had a cocktail with cream either, but it gives it a velvety texture and it goes down like boozy ice cream
