½cupItalian dressing
2lbssteak of your choicetop sirloin, flank, etc
8sandwich rollssliced open
8slicesmozzarella cheese
Salt and pepper
Instructions
In a blender, puree 1 cup of peperoncini with ½ cup of the pepper liquid. Mix with Italian dressing and pour into a zip-lock bag along with the steak, salt and pepper. Seal bag and let marinade for 2-8 hours.
Grill the steak over medium heat to desired doneness, about 3-5 minutes per side, depending on thickness.
Place rolls on the grill face down and toast for 1-2 minutes.
Slice steak into bun-sized pieces, if necessary. Divide steak among rolls, top with cheese and extra peperoncini.
